Apple Crisp

10mediumapples
3Tbspfresh lemon juice
1,50cupsold fashioned rolled oats
1cuploosely packed brown sugar or you can use a brown sugar substitute such as Splenda Brown Sugar
0,75cupunbleached white flour
4Tbsp(1/2 stick) unsalted butter or you may substitute the unsalted butter for heart health margarine, such as Smart Sense Margarine
2tspground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toast oatmeal in dry pan until light brown. Slice the unpeeled, cored apples. Toss with lemon juice and place them in an ungreased 9"x13" baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
